Humble Taco Food Truck was founded in late 2023 by friends Steve Baroni and Dave Cagle—two career bartenders with a real love for cooking and hospitality. As their conversations (and cravings) kept coming back to tacos, the idea turned into a truck built on unpretentious excellence. Based in Duxbury, Humble Taco Food Truck serves the South Shore and Greater Boston with house-smoked, meaty tacos on Hadley’s Mi Tierra corn tortillas. You’ll find us popping up for local service and also catering private events—from backyard parties to weddings, graduations, and corporate gatherings across Massachusetts.
