BGS Institute

BGS Institute is the training and certification organization behind the Biodentistry Global Standard, a defined clinical system developed by Dr. Dominik Nischwitz that connects oral health to whole-body medicine.
Before BGS, Biological Dentistry had no standard. Anyone could claim the label. Protocols varied. Dr. Dominik Nischwitz, one of the world's most experienced ceramic implantologists with 5,000+ procedures placed, built one.
BGS-certified biological dentists see fewer patients, charge higher fees and deliver outcomes conventional dentistry cannot.
100+ certified biological dentists. 16 countries. ADA CERP accredited.
