Every driver on the platform clears a background check before taking on assignments, and the fare is shown before the booking is finalized.

A Driver On Call Delhi request runs through the same app, where a date, vehicle type, and trip category are entered before a nearby driver is matched. The trip stays visible on a live map from pickup to drop off, and cancellations are accepted up to an hour before the scheduled time without any added charge.
