Nurturing Wellness

Nurturing Wellness is a compassionate mental health practice dedicated to empowering individuals, couples and youth through personalized therapy services. Our services include individual counselling, mindfulness therapy, EMDR therapy, couples therapy, and specialized support for children and teens. We also host support groups and provide room rentals for therapeutic and wellness activities.
